General Purpose / Non-Lending Appraisal Agreement

This is a 3-page appraisal engagement agreement that must be reviewed and completed before engaging the appraiser. It explains the appraisal process, intended use/users, inspection, payment, report delivery, terms & conditions, and other important assignment information.

Please read the agreement, complete all applicable fields and checkboxes, sign it, and return the completed agreement to GlennMcDonald@Bellsouth.net before the appraisal proceeds.

What is the appraisal for & is a specific appraisal form required?

There are different types of appraisal reports. Please tell us what the appraisal is needed for (lending, estate/probate, divorce, tax appeal, pre-listing, purchase, investment, etc.) and provide any specific appraisal form or lender requirements, if known.

Appraisal volume & scheduling can change daily. Please confirm your assignment, fee, property address & inspection availability with the Appraiser first. Payment should be submitted after the property has been inspected. This helps ensure the fastest possible report delivery without unnecessary waiting. Pay only the agreed appraisal fee. Include your name & property address when requested.
